An old orchard was no longer required and it became the site for my clients long term desire for a walled cottage garden. A design for a split level circular garden with plenty of planting borders and seating areas was approved. All the walls were constructed of reclaimed Cheshire bricks to match the old farmhouse and for durability Bradstone Carpet Stones and Log Sleepers were used as the flooring. Reclaimed pieces of ironwork were incorporated and a mass of cottage garden planting took place. The photos of the finished garden are five years on from the build.

“We are delighted with our new walled garden. We found the initial consultation and then the design stage to be a much easier process than we had imagined – you obviously listened very closely to our wish list. Watching the garden develop from your design into reality and seeing the materials we had selected together, all coming together so well to form the finished garden was great. We were impressed with your service and also your interest in seeing the project right through to its conclusion. Your contractors were excellent and it was so right to have you overseeing the whole process.”
